Hampton Inn Potsdam

The price I agreed to at the time of reservation was NOT the price Booking.com sent to the hotel to charge me. You told the hotel I agreed to over 100$$ more per night than I agreed to at the time of the reservation. I wound up paying over 200 more than I expected. Sad situation as I was not EXPECTING the bill to be over 800 dollars!!

Property was super clean and had a great vibe. Right from the start with front desk Kathy, Ina and Nancy. We have traveled the country and stayed many nights at Hampton and this property was the best . The rooms were so amazing and spotless from top to bottom. This staff sets a high standard for all hotels across the country. I rarely write reviews but I actually could not wait to share this. Smiles all around this place!! Hats off Potsdam Hampton this staff sets the bar for success!!!

The location of the hotel was ideal, mid center to Norwood-Norfolk & Canton areas. The options at breakfast were more than adequate for a well balance meal. The staff members were helpful and helpful in answering question about the local areas.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety, including hot food and fresh fruit. Staff was polite and attentive. It is close to the colleges we were visiting.

The hotel was quiet and very clean. The staff helped me with a booking issue that was completely my fault without issue. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Our room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the pool area was very clean. We live locally and came for a New Year's get away to use the pool. We will definitely return!
