We have stayed at this hotel many times and it always meets expectations. This is the first time we have stayed in a king room. Very large and clean. Nice desk, chair and bench at the foot of the bed. large clean bathroom. Shower had nice pressure as well. Air conditioner worked well. I liked the workout room. Equipment was updated and they had towels that clean and ready for use. Breakfast was available and there until 10. They were able to accommodate a first floor room and now allow dogs for a fee, so we have the option to bring our dog for the next visit. This hotel is also very close to the college where our daughter goes. Staff was super helpful and friendly as well. I have stayed at almost all of the hotels in the area, and by far this is the best one, for comfort, cleanliness, and location.

Property was super clean and had a great vibe. Right from the start with front desk Kathy, Ina and Nancy. We have traveled the country and stayed many nights at Hampton and this property was the best . The rooms were so amazing and spotless from top to bottom. This staff sets a high standard for all hotels across the country. I rarely write reviews but I actually could not wait to share this. Smiles all around this place!! Hats off Potsdam Hampton this staff sets the bar for success!!!

The hotel was quiet and very clean. The staff helped me with a booking issue that was completely my fault without issue. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Our room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the pool area was very clean. We live locally and came for a New Year's get away to use the pool. We will definitely return!

The price I agreed to at the time of reservation was NOT the price Booking.com sent to the hotel to charge me. You told the hotel I agreed to over 100$$ more per night than I agreed to at the time of the reservation. I wound up paying over 200 more than I expected. Sad situation as I was not EXPECTING the bill to be over 800 dollars!!

I am opening a complaint through the hotel as they are not at fault. Booking.com sent them the wrong price. I will be trying to get over $200 back from booking asap.
